Occupy Wall St West:
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: On 20 January, 2012, during the afternoon of the Occupy Wall Street West demonstration in San Francisco, groups including Global Exchange, Iraq Veterans Against the War, Seminary of the Street, Veterans for Peace, Courage to Resist, Code Pink, the Fellowship of Reconciliation, March Forward!, the Iraqi Student Project of Dominican University, and the Campaign for New Priorities targeted Bechtel Corporation with a teach-in. Speakers describe Bechtel's history of waste, corruption, and public endangerment. During the teach-in, this excerpt features a veteran who calls on military members to end war that benefits the 1% at the expense of the rest of us by saying NO. Enough!
